POP MUSIC - Is it too late to start with your heart in a headlock?

The video has the minimal style of Bjork's Vespertine era with the musical sensibilities of Bjork's 99.5% all-vocal album, Medulla.

With the electronic-heavy tracks Imogen Heap pumps out, combined with her yodel-like vocals, it came as no surprise that when I first heard of her (when she was one part of a 2 part band called Frou Frou), I just had to hear more.

"Hide and Seek" - the video you see above - may only technically be a performance video, but the spectacular lighting, wind-swept slow-mo hair, and great fashion sense really makes this visual piece pop.

If you haven't heard of her before, I strongly suggest you seek her out.

POP TECH - Introducing NORNNA.

My friend Matt informed me of a new internet sensation (not really) NORNNA!



This is the first video she's ever posted. Anyone who saw this video when it was first uploaded truly had no idea what they were getting themselves into. And yes, her name is actually Nora, but if she's smart like me, she made up the name Nornna so it will show up easier in search engines.

The first video I watched was of her missing her bus to work:

Nornna has a therapist. I can't imagine why.

Before I just didn't like this song. Now I officially hate this song:



Why did she have to bring helpless innocent Eeyore into this?

On the positive side, she did not bring her cute cat into it:

*SHOCK* Nornna has a brother, but the bigger shock is that he is cute! (With the exception of the ugly faces he makes into the camera, which then reminds you that him and Nornna are related.)

And yes, it is true Nornna: The more you eat, the more you indeed poop.
